Book Recommendations

Some folks really connect with reading.
Reading can give us a space to slow down, reflect, and dig deeper into the work we need to do.

Whether it’s reading a book (or listening to an audio book) alongside of therapy work or bringing your book in to discuss, reading can be a helpful support.

I frequently recommend to get a book and make it your own- underline, highlight, write in the margins, and even bring it in to discuss what you’re learning and what is impacting you, if you’d like.
