What is EFT?
Emotionally Focused Therapy is an attachment based therapy originally intended for couples and also later adapted for individuals and families.
EFT understands the relational dynamics and patterns of a couple (or relationship) as they interact together both behaviorally and emotionally. EFT works to understand each “move” a partner makes with the other and the driving force behind each move. This helps couples to, without blame, soften and engage more fully together.
Why EFT?
EFT is highly researched and has quality lasting outcomes.
